Please complete the form below to register your team for the 2008 Triad 7's Tournament on June 21!

Once your registration is received a Triad representative will contact you to confirm your team's attendance. Space is limited. To hold a spot for your team, tournament fees of $200 per team are due by June 1, 2008,  if paid by June 1. After June 1, 2008 the cost will be $250 per team.  Tournament fees can be mailed to Elliott Buckner at the address below. NOTES: 
  • Teams will play at least 4 matches.
  • To guarantee your spot payment must be received prior to June 1, 2008
  • Teams not paying the registration fee of $200 per team ($250 after June 1, 2008) by the start of the tournament will not be allowed to participate and all matches will be forfeited.
  • Tournament fees should be made payable to Triad Rugby Club and mailed to Elliott Buckner by June 1, 2008 at:
